This appellation is one of the sub-appellations of the regional Mâcon appellation.
Overlooked by the unusual limestone Rock of Solutré, this 36-hectare vineyard is the cradle of fresh, delectable white wines.
Characteristics of the 2020 vintage
Nose: highly typical of Chardonnay, floral scents, rose
Palate: extremely delectable with lovely charisma
Serving suggestions: as an aperitif or with a casual meal, composed of tapas, for example.
