Saint-Véran

Overlying calcareous clay soils, the Saint-Véran appellation is made up of 2 parts that surround the neighbouring vineyards of Pouilly-Fuissé. Incidentally, the village of Saint-Vérand is written with a “d” whereas the appellation has kept its original spelling.

Characteristics of the 2020 vintage

Nose: highly typical with scents of green almonds, lemon verbena, linden blossom and minerality that is very characteristic of this Cru

Palate: extremely delectable and unctuous with pleasing structure on the finish

Serving suggestions: fish with almonds or in sauce.
